Warranty Policy

HD ProParts LLC agrees to repair or replace any goods determined to be defective in material or workmanship within 90 days from the date of delivery to the recipient.Provided written notice is given immediately upon discovery of such defect and the defective goods are promptly returned to the place of shipment, all carrying charges prepaid. This shall not apply to any goods which have been altered, subject to misuse, negligence or accident, malfunctions or corrosion of spare parts resulting from exposure to industrial and chemical emissions, acid or alkaline pollutionof the air, plant sap, waste products of birds and animals, chemically active substances, including those used to combat icing of roads, hail, lightning and other natural phenomena.

Guarantee does not include breakdown or malfunction due to the installation or usage not in accordance with the manufacturer directives, external causes, careless installation and maintenance. Guarantee does not include damage and malfunctions due to normal wearing. This warranty does not cover anything outside of the items described above like consequential damages from loss of use, loss of Time, inconvenience, transportation expenses, expenses for travel, lodging, fuel, lost revenue and loss or damage to personal property. Freight expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Procedure to validate the part covered by the warranty period:

  1. Proof of the purchase of spare part from HD ProParts LLC (invoice, bill of lading etc.)
  2. Proof of certificate from the service station which performed the part installation.
  3. A conclusion from the service station that the spare part cannot be restored.
  4. If the spare part meets the terms of the warranty,we willcover the cost of the refurbished spare part or exchange thedefective part with a new one or we will refund you 100% of the purchase amount.
